Focus

Each manufactured product results from the close collaboration between the Customer and FGM, the latter making best use of its experience in order to meet the individual production needs. Also, FGM is able to provide great support during the product design and development phases.

Raw materials: All of our raw materials have been certified, stocked safely and cut in-house.
Heat treatments: FGM is equipped with furnaces used for heat treatment during the manufacturing cycle.
Chemical treatment: FGM is equipped with a fully automatic pickling system used for final treatments.

Forging Group Monale implements a Quality Management System certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 as well as a Workplace Safety and Health Management System adhering to the UNI-INAIL guidelines (X-Safe Aja Registrars Europe). Since September 2015, Forging Group Monale S.r.l. has implemented the Organization and Management Model as laid down by Legislative Decree 231/01 (as amended).
